You have been taking some big steps lately...literally and figuratively...you now have 7 teeth...you "walk" with things that have wheels...various toys...and you also walk holding hands with your mother...it's very cute...I think that we had a good weekend...you have a bit of a cold...but for the most part..you spent your time...Happy...you discovered a new toy today too...we got it from the neighbors Matt and Nancy...it's a little dinosaur that roars when you zoom it...you were really enjoying it...you push it...it roars...and you smiled and laughed...me too...

January 1st-2008...[kinda]

I'm up late today...or early tomorrow....trying to get things into focus...and to focus on the things I need to...I really want to have a good year....and just like the sweatshirt that Danny [your uncle-my bro-in-law] was wearing...you can't drink all day if you don't start in the morning...I can't have a good year if I don't start on the first day....I think that I'll become a friend with coffee...the year that I want to have for you, your mother, and myself...will come at a cost of energy...sometimes sleep...the coffee thing is cool...I'd like to have better breath in 2008 too...more kisses from your mom...you're both upstairs sleeping now...hopefully good dreams...I'm yawning as I type this...it's a quarter after 2am...I'll power down for a few...and hopefully hit the ground running tomorrow...or today really....
